Four years ago we set out to build the Wiremedia, Inc. team to serve our valued customers, who are at the heart of our strategy. We would like to personally thank our valued customers, employees and shareholders for their continued support of Wiremedia, Inc.. Our suite of product and service offerings have grown in record time over the past several months, and customer input about how Wiremedia, Inc. can better serve their needs has been invaluable. We have listened well and will continue to listen as we continue to build Wiremedia, Inc. to fully serve the needs of all of our customers.

A good place to start would be to indicate what our business goals were one year ago:

  1. Implement a new business model built on leveraged global resources at a price point which immediately and positively affects the bottom line of customer organizations, while increasing the measurable quality of services
  2. Shift the company from the approach of selling products and services to exclusively understanding the business needs of each of our customers and then utilizing this understanding as the driver to meeting those needs with technology-based solutions
  3. Create a team which is capable of delivering, sustaining and enhancing technology-based business solutions with single responsibility, so that our customers can focus on their core business
  4. Build a network of complimentary companies under the Wiremedia umbrella, which can be cross-leveraged, in terms of the mobilization of resources for rapid response, to deliver unmatched customer satisfaction, under a single command-center

In the last year we have achieved many of our stated objectives. Our customer driven approach is widely regarded as fresh and insightful. Demand for our products and services is growing at an increasing rate, and we are ready to raise the bar once again.

In the coming months, Wiremedia will announce packaged suites of products and services to simplify the customization process as it relates to the Mobile Technology, Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) needs of our customers. While we continue to help reduce the operating costs of our customers, we must also continue to raise the bar on Quality and maximize the ease of doing business with Wiremedia.

Although it is true that we have been assembling the best available talent under the Wiremedia umbrella with our “out-of-the-box” thinking and customer-driven approach, Wiremedia will not stop there. We understand that traditional competitors have charged millions of dollars for products and services that are no longer of interest to customers. Wiremedia’s suite of products and services, coupled with Wiremedia’s approach towards its customers, attack the very core of offerings from our competitors by providing comprehensive service capabilities at a fraction of the cost.

These noteworthy accomplishments were made possible because of continued guidance and support from our customers.

People are the building block for any successful organization. When we started building Wiremedia, we were committed to assembling the best and most experienced talent. We have aggressively sought new talent to add to the talent that we already had at Wiremedia. I am proud to say that we have successfully built a team that stands second to none.

The culture at Wiremedia is a “can-do”, team-based environment committed to actionable results for our customers and for our shareholders. Every member of the Wiremedia team is a proven professional who can readily draw upon personal experience to formulate insightful solutions for customer organizations.

One of our biggest critical success factors will remain to be an overall commitment to our customers’ success through the understanding of their rapidly changing business needs, and then redesigning Wiremedia services to meet those needs.

  • Does our unbiased technology approach help customers address the challenges that they are facing in terms of increasing their own profitability, while enhancing the quality of their own products and services and increasing their customer satisfaction?
  • Is the value delivered by our customers consistent with the core tenets of business value from the end-users perspective?

All of us at Wiremedia eagerly accept these responsibilities.

The enhancement to our brand has been noticeable. Our customers routinely comment that the work that Wiremedia is doing is unlike any other in the market. We will need to further invest in our ability to differentiate ourselves through our approach and through our product and service offerings.

We have established alliance partnerships with several global firms that have provided us with access to their customers base from which we will rapidly grow our profitable revenue. We are solidifying anchor partners across the IT and BPO sectors. Our alliance partners provide insight and access that could not be achieved without their direct help.
